The gameplay of the NFT game Drunk Robots unfolds in the city of Los Machines, a futuristic city that is populated, or rather teeming, with drunken robot junkies. The associative drunks’ only occupation is violence, and their only interests are metal and beer mining.
In this city, the drunken robots are left to build their own marginal society, where everything gets drunk and resources can only be taken away by robbing other townspeople and organizations.
After purchasing a unique NFT robot (there are 10101 NFT Drunk Robots in total), the player will have to fight for survival by trying to work with other robots to take control of Los Machines. The game features a no-investment option, but only the mini-games are free to play.
Players can collect robots, weapons, and other street trash to increase their street cred. Since this is a survival game, participants have to loot stores and banks, participate in drunken races and showdowns, engage in dance battles, and brutally beat up their opponents.
Robots have to face desperate confrontations, which include brutal battles in PVP mode (player vs. player), expeditions in search of metal and booze. As one robot drinker will have a hard time, players can join a gang of fellow drinkers or form their own community gang together with other drinkers.
To properly level up the robot, it can be customized with improved weapons, equipment and NFT items, which will give a definite advantage for earning and surviving in this crazy and soulless city.
Plus, players can also enjoy plenty of free games that don’t even require the purchase of an NFT robot. There will be mini-games that also offer valuable prizes in the form of various robot equipment. These prizes are in the form of NFTs, so you can either use them for their intended purpose in the game or sell them.
NFT token and blockchain games
The game uses two main tokens: an LQT token and a game token called METAL (MTL). The primary token is MTL, which is used for purchases, restoring health, completing missions, performing minigames, and farming. LQT is a secondary currency used for certain actions and exchanges on the secondary market.
Drunk Robots players can trade MTL and LQT to earn profits. They can also make LQT-BNB bets to improve the characters of their robots. A total of 1,101 robots of six different types are available, each with unique characteristics, abilities, looks and rare weapons. These robots are also rare NFTs in the ecosystem, which players can use to play games and participate in the pursuit of valuable prizes.
